Siobhan Case is a Certified Life Care Planner, Certified Professional in Disability Management, and Certified ADA Compliance Professional with more than 30 years of experience in life care planning, vocational rehabilitation, disability management, and ADA compliance. She provides expert consultation and testimony involving personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights, maritime, and workers’ compensation matters for both plaintiff and defense.

Ms. Case has been affiliated with CORE Expert Services since 1997, where she conducts comprehensive life care plans, cost analyses, ADA accessibility evaluations, and vocational assessments. Her expertise includes assessment of cognitive, physical, psychological, and catastrophic injuries such as pediatric trauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and chronic pain.

In addition to her work in private rehabilitation, Ms. Case served as Associate Dean of Students and Director of Accessibility & Disability Services at California State University. In this capacity, she was responsible for ADA compliance, accessibility policy, and adherence to federal and state regulations. She developed and implemented institutional policies related to accessibility, reasonable accommodations, and disability equity—strengthening her expertise in the practical application of ADA standards in complex organizational systems.

Ms. Case holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and Policy from California State University, Hayward, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. Her professional background is supported by extensive continuing education in life care planning, disability law, medical aspects of disability, and case management.

She is an active member of the Association of Certified Life Care Planners (A-CLCP) and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), where she previously served on the Board of Directors as a Regional Representative. She is also a member of the Association of Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD).
