Dr. Diana Bubanja, DPT, CFCE, CLCP

Principal

Dr. Diana Bubanja is a Licensed Physical Therapist, a Certified Life Care Planner and Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator. She owned and operated physical therapy clinics in Oakland and Richmond and possesses more than 30 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, and home-based physical therapy, specializing in orthopedic and neurological physical rehabilitation. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Boston University.

Dr. Bubanja has acted as a retained expert in personal injury, medical malpractice, Workers’ Compensation, Maritime, Civil Rights, and Long-Term Disability cases involving Functional Capacity and Life Care Plan development. She has worked with attorneys and clients to provide Functional Capacity Evaluations and Life Care Plans for a wide range of injury conditions for both the plaintiff and defense.

Dr. Bubanja also provides expert witness services related to the Standards of Care in the field of Physical Therapy.

Dr. Bubanja has provided services throughout the United States and has delivered testimony at the State and Federal level. She has qualified as an expert in the Superior Court in multiple counties throughout California. Dr. Bubanja is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
