
Shayna D. Fowler

Ms. Shayna D. Fowler is a highly accomplished Certified Life Care Planner and Rehabilitative Consultant with over 25 years of extensive experience in life care planning and rehabilitation counseling. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Honors and a Master of Health Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, both from the University of Florida. Ms. Fowler launched her career with Paul M. Deutch and Associates in Oviedo, Florida. Then, she spent 18 years honing her life care planning and vocational rehabilitation expertise at the Colorado Institute for Injury Rehabilitation in Denver, Colorado.
As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP), Ms. Fowler specializes in developing comprehensive Life Care Plans for individuals of all ages with catastrophic disabilities, chronic injuries, and long-term medical conditions. Her extensive experience and training enable her to address critical medical, rehabilitative, and vocational issues when providing expert consultation.
Ms. Fowler conducts thorough cost research to create detailed, individualized medical and treatment recommendations and cost projections for both current and future needs, which are incorporated into Life Care Plans or Medical Cost Projections. Her dedication to the field is further demonstrated by her memberships with the International Academy of Life Care Planners and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
