
Kaitlin Kimmel
MS, LPCC, CRC, CVE
Kaitlin Kimmel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE). She has over a decade of experience in clinical mental health and rehabilitation counseling, having worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, vocational rehabilitation, and education.
She interned with our company in 2015, focusing on assisting with Life Care Plans and research. She then completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and transitioned to clinical mental health counseling and psychotherapy in the public and private sectors, specializing in vocational counseling, psychosocial adjustment to disability, and recovery from traumatic events. She has taught Law and Ethics for Counselors at San Francisco State University at the graduate level and has a background in qualitative research.
As a vocational consultant, she conducts vocational testing and provides comprehensive vocational evaluation reports. She is a member of the California Association for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification, and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
