Forensic Vocational Evaluation
Comprehensive Integrated Rehabilitation Services and Expert Testimony
Vocational evaluation and expert testimony services are designed to assess an individual’s potential for successful employment. The evaluation process includes aptitude and achievement testing to measure language and math skills, mechanical reasoning, and logical problem-solving abilities. In addition, specialized testing programs are available to evaluate computer skills, such as proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work sample testing is used to determine an individual’s potential for employment in a variety of fields, including business and clerical work, medical services, service industries, and mechanical repair occupations. The evaluation also includes an analysis of key work behaviors such as work pace, social and interpersonal skills, concentration, and overall mental and physical stamina for work.
Ergonomic equipment, including adjustable workstations, adaptive keyboards, and voice recognition software, may be incorporated into the evaluation process to assess the effectiveness of workplace accommodations.
